I brought my car in for a seat belt recall notice. The lady told me it would be an hour. It took 2.4 hours. She was kind but no explanation given. I was told that they were 3 weeks out on repairs but was very surprised when I got the call that it was finished in 3 days. Horrible service, many things not mentioned that is on MPI, after telling me my car was good nothing wrong, but thinks in red (attention acquired now). The Service Manager hasn’t even reach out when I raised concerns to GM you would think the service director or manager would reach out to fix things. The dealership pretty much made up excuses for why things happen the way they did but still more issues. Won’t be coming back here for service. I wouldn’t trust your car here and to leave feeling safe, like your car is in great condition. More
