Thank you for reaching out. I have already worked with Chris to resolve this issue and the only options given to me have all been at additional cost to me. I am surprised they refuse to cover it given the incredibly poor quality of the initial attempt considering the cost of the repair is relatively small. This has left a very bad impression on me. I have had similar issues in the past with other vehicles/repairs at other dealerships that have all stood by their service and focus on post-purchase customer satisfaction.
