I’ve had all my Hyundai work done at Boucher since I bought my Sonata and this was my worst experience with them. I spent > $1,900 on a variety of repairs, only for the caliper bolts to fall off the left rear brakes I just had replaced (as part of the > $1,900 of repairs) after less than 1,000 miles. This is unacceptable. When I called to see if they could look at my car because it was suddenly making a really loud noise, they said they had no appointments for 2 weeks. So I took it elsewhere, and they found the caliper bolts had fallen off, although I had to spend > $100 for them to figure this out and put on new bolts. I might be done with this dealership and all Boucher dealerships, especially if I’m not reimbursed for having to take my car to a different party because of Boucher’s screwup. More
Great experience with Alex on my purchase of my 2023 GV70 Electrified! He took time to show all the features and that we were well taken care of. Electrified! He took time to show all the features and that we were well taken care of. More

Service was good, but I had a hitch installed and I kept asking if they would install a 1.25” or 2” receiver. I was told a few times it would or should be a 2”, but when it was delivered to me it was a 1.25 asking if they would install a 1.25” or 2” receiver. My 2016 Hyundai Sonata was brought into Boucher in November of 2021 I was told it needed a new engine. There was barely any documentation of anything that they claim to have repaired. It took until Ap November of 2021 I was told it needed a new engine. There was barely any documentation of anything that they claim to have repaired. It took until April 2022 for the engine completion. I drove past during that time and 2 of my cars tires were flat. They claim to have taken the car to another business to have the tires sealed. The other business has no documentation but I literally have voicemails saying it was done. They tell me the engine is finally done at the end of April, I literally drive it out and the car won’t go above 45mph immediately I take it back. They tried to get me to pay for a transmission. After talking with other reputable mechanics I was told that they put the engine in wrong and hooked up the transmission wrong causing it to mess up. They ended up covering that cost. While there that time I pick up the car and there is a huge chip of paint missing off the hood of the car. Again trying to have me pay for it. They got a new service manager in that time…completely horrible person. He does not listen to any of your concerns and literally told me he can’t help what they did to my car. Anyway 2 weeks after an engine and transmission replacement my car is completely drained of oil and now they claim I need a water pump. Ok get the water pump. The new manager Rick says I can’t tell you why the car is still running through oil. They barely ever get back to you. If you want any type of communication you literally have to go in the service department. Please whatever you do stay away bad business! O yea and they lied about this John service manager getting fired for bad communication and mis documentation and he still works there! Update: Not even 3 months of having the new engine put in my car is burning oil, 2-3 quarts every 1,000 miles! I take it back to Boucher to have them do an Oil consumption test...every 1,000 miles I have to take it back in and they do this 8-hour long test so naturally they have no rental cars available, so I had to utilize the shuttle service to get back and forth to work. The shuttle driver got me to work late and picked me up 30 minutes late from work! The service rep Kayla seems to get satisfaction off being an inconvenience. She does not let you ask questions without loudly talking and interrupting before you are even half way through a question. She calls me today 05/09 stating that Hyundai will only cover a portion of the bad engine that was put in my car not even 1 year ago and that my cost would be $2,250. Of course I had questions as to why I would have to pay anything when a clearly faulty engine was put in my car. I was cut off loudly and obnoxiously by Kayla and told nothing was wrong with my engine! What?? This is your warning nothing but problems and inconvenience come from this place and owning a Hyundai. The service is horrible the people are just not nice. Go somewhere else anywhere and I mean anywhere is better than this place. More
