My car needed over $4k of work done. So I had asked to have someone call me with a trade in value of my car. I wasn’t sure if it was worth it to put that amount of money into it. So I was told someone would call me back with that info and no one did. 3-4 weeks went by. You’d think with this car market someone would have jumped on this but nope. So then I followed up because clearly no one was in a rush to get my car off your lot. Once I got the ball rolling I needed further information to secure a loan to pay for these repairs. This part is no fault to Kayla but I called because I needed pictures of my car sent to me and Kayla was out. No big deal but AGAIN someone took my information, & said someone was going to call me back and of course no one did. Fast forward, the repairs are complete so I come to pick up my car and I head back into work and now my sunroof won’t close which was not a problem before you guys had my car for almost 2 months. I then call Kayla, she states we don’t have technician available right now but bring it in so we can at least close it. I appreciated that so I drive all the way back up there, had to leave work AGAIN for her to tell me she thinks it’s closed and that I’ll have to wait another month if I want someone to look at it and she said well at least it drives. I thought that was unacceptable considering how much time I had to wait, how many times I had to follow up AND not to mention I just spent $3400 to drive my car off the lot with a problem it didn’t have prior to bringing it in. At the very least I would have appreciated some empathy and to at least TRY to get a tech to diagnose it sooner than a month. And water has come through the sunroof already. I have called another Hyundai dealership who is going to get me in a lot sooner than a month. Very displeasing. Very disappointed since your location is so far out of my way but I chose this location because I bought the car from here and never had any complaints until now. I will not be returning because of this experience. ****then I received an email a few days after this review stating “Boucher Hyundai of Waukesha has indicated that they have worked with you to resolve your issue.” AGAIN no one has contacted me.******* ***LAST & FINAL UPDATE**** So I provided contact information. 2 weeks went by and again I followed up and stated no one contacted me. Finally I get a message stating a manager will call me. Dade then calls me. I explain what happened and he followed up with he wasn’t calling for that. He stated this has nothing to do with him so he was hoping I’d update my review since it’s directly impacting him. My mind was absolutely blown that he even had the audacity to call me and ask me that when no one is addressing the issue at hand. So fine Dade made sure Rick the service manager calls me…..finally, and Rick had ZERO interest in hearing about my experience. When I said ok well lll start from the beginning, he actually cut me off to say he didn’t need me to start from the beginning because he already read my review so I was confused why he even bothered calling me. He was rude and sarcastic and was not trying to make this better. He was defensive and argumentative. When I explained that I’m a CS team lead, and that Kayla’s comment would never fly in my dept, he took the time to say since I’m in CS I should understand?! As a manager it’s your job to diffuse situations and that’s obviously not Ricks strong suit. He just wanted to focus on the current issue with my car so he thought the solution was to schedule me out 15 business days later with the person I clearly do not want to work with and continued with a sarcastic apology. Another dealership got me in 2 business days later so Rick you can cancel my appt. I would never spend any another dime here. More
