Employees and location were very nice. Clean and spacious waiting area. One complaint is I brought car for 2 recalls that I made appointment for weeks in advance. Disappointed to find out at time I picked up car that part wasn’t available and one of the recall issued would need to be done a different day. I think service department should’ve contacted me and let me know that one of my recall issues would not be able to be completed. They knew my vehicle make/model and service intended to be completed due appointment. I would assume they would know the inventory of parts for my recall. Now I will need to make another appointment and make arrangements to drop my car off on a separate day which is inconvenient. As a side, it would be nice if you have recycling bins for aluminum cans. More

Top of the line! I've visited three hyundai dealership Boucher being one. I had lost confidence in the last two with all my repairs being done at other car repairs bu I've visited three hyundai dealership Boucher being one. Then came Dan service employee at Bouchers hyundai of Waukesha,great person and well informed and professional in this line of work. My appointment at Boucher was a complete waste of time! I booked for an oil change, tire rotation and anti-theft upgrade and was told it would be about a 2 hour wait. The two hour window passed and the advisor approaches me in the waiting area and I'm assuming my car is all finished but they inform me it hasn't even been brought back yet and that she could not give me an estimate for how long I would have to wait. Because I had other plans for the day and did not have anyone to pick me up, I was forced to leave with my car no different than when I left it, so I essentially sat around for two hours for my car to sit there. Completely unacceptable and I will not be returning as they could not give me a reason why my car was never taken back for service! More
