I made an appointment to get a recall that Hyundai emailed and sent me a postcard about taken care of and then since that was getting done already I scheduled an oil change the same day. I dropped emailed and sent me a postcard about taken care of and then since that was getting done already I scheduled an oil change the same day. I dropped my car off at 12:45 and after 3 hours I was called saying I could pick it up. When I picked it up only the oil change was done but I was told that I would need to bring the car back at a later date to do the recall because they needed to order the part for the recall. Why even take the recall appointment if you can't complete the recall? More
