Mr. Bonesho. I do not know whom I talked to as it was over the phone. Your company records should show you who it was that handled my request for the missing tire stem cap and refund of the overcharge plus who had rescheduled the second alignment as it was not fixed the first time. However, a few weeks ago I did bring the car in for a repair (My insurance agent recommended I take it to the dealership for estimates and repairs as it was being paid by the people who hit me), as the windshield wipers were not working - damage to the WW pump from being hit in the front quarter panel. At that time I know I spoke with you and told you personally about the alignment issues and that I then took it elsewhere and got it fixed when the screw was removed. I also said I don't think they really looked at the tires and we probably did not even need that alignment. All you said is: is ok now. I may not have been you the earlier time on the phone saying they were the manager but you records should show who it was as I called twice - once to report we were overcharged and the valve stem was missing and then a day later as the alignment was not fixed and needed to reschedule. I am sure it was the same person each of those times.
