Best service ever! Needed service fast as we were leaving town. They were able to squeeze us into the already full schedule and have the car ready in time for our trip. Pa My 2015 Elantra lost air conditioning hottest day so far, driving to Hartland from Green Bay. I have COPD and had breathing issues because of heat. Passenger had injured hand and could not spell me driving. Second air conditioning issue with this vehicle. Several days before they could get vehicle in. Very helpful to have a shuttle home and pickup. Drivers pleasant and helpful. At age 75, I am not comfortable driving in city especially in before and after work traffic particularly in unfamiliar surroundings. I purchased extended ( ten year, 100,000 mile) warranty when I bought this car. At that time I was told I could take to Silver Lake Auto (told they were approved) for warranty work. They are three mile from my home and know me. No one at Boucher can tell me exactly what are the processes I go through in order to go to them without voiding my warranty and what Silver Lake needs to do. First fellow I spoke with claimed to not know about my extended warranty. When I brought car in, gentleman showed me that info is on their computer. What's up with that? All in all, I was made to feel like they really cared about helping me once I got there, but I really prefer to stick close to home for any future work. What can you and I do to accomplish that?
