“Good will gesture” I had been calling for months about my paint bubbling and cracking. After many calls unanswered, I decided to contact corporate about the lack of serv I had been calling for months about my paint bubbling and cracking. After many calls unanswered, I decided to contact corporate about the lack of service I was receiving. After corporate contacted the dealership that’s when I finally received some kind of service. I was told to bring my vehicle in so they could fix the door. When I arrived at the scheduled time, I was greeted with zero respect or compassion. The manager didn’t even acknowledge the lack of communication and seemed like they weren’t even going to fix my door until I pushed and pushed. He finally said it was a “good will gesture” on their part to fix it. He also, gave a poor excuse as to why when I would call to get an oil change, a free service, they would be backed up 2 months which would result in me taking it someplace else to be serviced. After discussing all of my issues, he gave me a rental and the next day I got a call asking me to bring in my vehicle which was already there. Then two days later I received another one. Two weeks later the door was fixed and I was finally able to pick up my car. When I arrived they didn’t even know where it was located. I was so frustrated with the whole experience that when I finally got my car I left as soon as possible. Upon getting home I noticed that they had sprayed paint on my window which I now have to scrub off. It’s very obvious they don’t know how to communicate effectively with each other or their customers unless they are making a sale. I will never purchase another vehicle from this company again. More
30,000 mile service I had my 2015 Sonata in for the recommended 30,000 mile service. Dan Doble was very pleasant to work with. New Tires Put on awesome tires and did it less than Tires Plus..Awesome new OEM rotors and brake pads were nearly $500 less to install than Midas or Tiresplus. A very good experience overall. In for scheduled maintenance and a wind noise problem coming from the driver's side door/window. Dan said it would be checked out at my next maintenance appointment or sooner if I wanted to. More

When I bought my car two years ago I also had bad service from your finance people which makes it unlikely that I will buy from the dealership again. That said I throughly enjoyed Andy and he is great! More

I knew the vehicle was drifting left (safety issue) and needed more than just an Alignment & Wheel Balance. They did a nice thorough job...found a support arm and left front axel failing, plus cause brake pad replacement BEFORE the brake rotors needed replacing. Kevin (sales) also checked in with me while there. Randy lent me a vehicle since the work was taking longer, and I needed to go to a funeral. Now....if they could only get my bride to Not ‘let things go’. ;] More
