Service required during collision repair The service provided by Hyundai was efficient once the problem was diagnosed. Unfortunately, my vehicle was in for collision repair at Boucher Collis The service provided by Hyundai was efficient once the problem was diagnosed. Unfortunately, my vehicle was in for collision repair at Boucher Collision center and there was a technician error so they sent it over to Hyundai service dept. They could not shift the car out of the "park" position. The technician at the collision center did not re-connect the harness properly. It was a little more difficult dealing with both places because of the issue at hand - the collision center and then the service center as far as communication. But overall, pleased with the service. Randy was very pleasant to work with. On a side note though, this is the second time I've had my car returned and the interior was not clean. Door handle on the driver side was very dirty and the seat as well. Also, both side mirrors were adjusted - not sure why they would have been re-adjusted for any reason during the week it was in for repair. On this visit, I am un-sure which dept. it would reflect on (service or collision) so I can't be a fair judge. Just giving my honest feedback. More
