Sales team did great but service department missed the mark Had a great experience purchasing my new Hyundai at Boucher. Process was easy and pain free. My first service appointment was completely different. Upon arrival they seemed busy at the appointment time and I stood around a while without being greated. Once I was able to get a service writer my standard service for oil change and tire rotation got going and I was told roughly 45 minutes. Then began the fun. After an hour they said it was almost wrapped up and they would wash the car. 30 minutes later they came out and let me know the tech couldn't get the air box back together and needed a different tech. Another half hour and they informed me they had put the wrong oil in the vehicle. The service writer was curtious and said that it would be fixed quickly. Then about a half hour later they said it's done and washed outside. So I paid and went to my car to find it hadn't been washed but at least was in one piece. I might expect this at a quick lube but that is why I chose a dealer to service my car. Not sure I will being coming back. More

Great service and not pushy I went for an oil change and multipoint inspection, expecting to spend a few hundred dollars, as usual. Now my car is all ready with a new battery and tire pressure is good after the cold winter! Thanks Hyundai and advisor who was super nice! More
