Poor service Arrive 5 minutes early for my 9 am appointment for recall update on car. Had to wait for someone to wait on me. Appeared to be a problem finding my pa Arrive 5 minutes early for my 9 am appointment for recall update on car. Had to wait for someone to wait on me. Appeared to be a problem finding my paperwork. After finding it was told the wait would be 1 hr plus. . Waited after 1 plus 15 minutes I happened to look outside and saw car sitting there apparently done. Asked young lady who had waited on me and again couldn't find paperwork. After another wait was told car was done. Never had this kind of service and have never taken car elsewhere for service. Will no re multi point inspection . They also do that. turn to Boucher for service. If I heard correctly oil change and tire rotation went from 39.95 to 45.95.. Can go to F&F tire closer to home and have it done for 21.95. Don't tell me about about multi point inspection they also do that. Also free car wash. Do not expect me back. More
Major recall new engine Had my car towed to Boucher Hyundai when engine froze while driving on a Sunday night Feb 3rd. Had never been to them before. Someone called the next morning to say they would get to it possibly that day but more likely the next. Called back to tell me engine froze up and was shot but it is a recall issue. They were trying to get me a rental but no cars were available until end of week. Told me they would have car 7 -14 days since they had to get new engine in. I received a call from rental car company across street from dealer a few days later regarding getting a car. They told me they had cars available all week and I wouldnt have had to wait. (Not what I was told from service at dealer) Dan called and said everything would be covered 100% by Hyundai. Great! Wish I could have had the rental as soon as it was available! 2 weeks came and went. New date was March 22nd! Finally got call on March 21st that car would be done by end of day. A little heads up would have been nice for planning purposes. Maybe the day before when engine came in? I realize the amount of time my car was there was not really in the dealers control since they were waiting on engine. But when I picked up my car I received no information on it. I asked many questions but no one there could answer any questions. My car was dirty and had drip marks all over inside of windows. This was probably since my car was sitting out in dealer lot for 2 months during winter. With subzero temps and then warm sun Im guessing windows were condensed often. I have never gotten a car back from a repair shop so dirty before. A cleaning and air freshener would have been much appreciated. More

long wait I had a 7 am appt. for a recall and oil change, and a missing plastic retainer. I wasn’t out of there until 9:15. There was someone there with a 7am appt for the same thing. He was out by 8am. I was told to plan on an hour and half max. The staff was professional and polite,no problem with him. While I had printed out my appt., they said my appt was for 1 pm. No one can explain the contradiction. Work was done properly, just the appt and wait. More

When regular service checkups were needed , I receive and e- mail . Made my appointment and everything g was taken care of . This time the Elantra had an emergency issue with brake and fuel lines . I called Had the car towed to Boucher and everything. Was taken care of . My husband has health issues , I let Dan D know this and he made sure I had a vehecle to use . Happy! I went to Hyundai in Waukesha to have my brakes done. Even though the work took longer than expected they still made sure I able to pick up my daughte I went to Hyundai in Waukesha to have my brakes done.
