Next! The title seems fitting because once your car is done, they rush you out like there is a 20 person line in back of you. Yes, the service is good, but the service advisors should take an extra min. or two to let you about something or at least tell you there are no problems. In my case, it was a tire rotation, and an oil change. I wanted to know about the condition of the tires, the condition of the oil that came out of the car, and just an overall sense of making sure everything was covered. Not in this case, and also when I picked up my wife's car several weeks ago, it was a race to get me out of the service area. Why? More
