“On the Ball” The Service folks at Boucher (this time it was Jean) are always “on the ball”. I know, I know ... it sounds corny but it’s true in my experience... The Service folks at Boucher (this time it was Jean) are always “on the ball”. I know, I know ... it sounds corny but it’s true in my experience... Only an oil and filter change this time around. But the job was completed in just an hour. And Jean helped make sure all the other “little details” like checking tire inflation, fluid levels, etc were seen to.... Very much APPRECIATED. Lacking Mechanic couldn’t find the problem because they couldn’t duplicate it. They were given codes and symptoms. After 5 days I took my car back without rep Mechanic couldn’t find the problem because they couldn’t duplicate it. They were given codes and symptoms. After 5 days I took my car back without repair. My car acted up again and was diagnosed with a $80 scanner (not the expensive one at the dealership) and the oxygen sensor was changed in the auto parts parking lot. After 10 minutes and $115 my car was fixed! A dealership not having a loaner is ridiculous too. By the way the rub on the front driver wheel is a bearing. Your guy found nothing. The driver door jam and interior handle were filthy. Mechanics get dirty but someone should have wiped the car. I will not return to this bouche. I’ve had much better experience with another bouche that’s closer to home. I towed to the Hyundai dealer close to work figuring they’d have parts and experience with my Hyundai. More

When I need an oil change or service of any kind, I actually kind of look forward I feel so comfortable and so confident dealing with Boucher Hyundai. When I need an oil change or service of any kind, I actually kind of look forward to going there. The service department is so welcoming and friendly as well as highly professional. They make you feel like you're in the best hands, and you are. Inside, the wait is made more than comfortable by an attractive waiting room, television, coffee and an array of healthy goodies. Inconvenience I had a problem with the antenna in the rear window of my car. I brought it in to have it repaired. My car was there for over 8 hours and it was not repaired. It was discovered at the end of the day the rear windshield needed to be replaced. I had to make another appointment and bring my car in again to have this done. I was given a loaner both times which I appreciated. I did not appreciate having to bring my vehicle in 3 times before it was finally fixed. The first time I brought it in for an oil change and told them of the problem. I sat in your waiting room for over 2 hours before someone came out and told me they finally diagnosed the problem and had to order a part. I was told the part would be in the next day. A week later, I had not heard from anyone letting me know the part was in, so I called your service department. Not the best customer service if you ask me. More
