Great Customer Service! I came in to pick up my car after some recalls and the young lady that helped me when I dropped off was amazing! My hands were full with a diaper bag I came in to pick up my car after some recalls and the young lady that helped me when I dropped off was amazing! My hands were full with a diaper bag car seat with a baby in it and the base. Noy only did she help me get into the building she had someone bring my car up for me AND helped me carry everything out! Outstanding service and customer care On our way to dinner in late February, the engine on my 2012 Sonata seized. The car eventually ended up at Boucher Hyundai. From the time I first talk On our way to dinner in late February, the engine on my 2012 Sonata seized. The car eventually ended up at Boucher Hyundai. From the time I first talked with Randy in the service department, I was assured that Hyundai would take care of me. Randy checked out the engine and stated he was going to recommend that Hyundai replace the engine. As we waited for confirmation from Hyundai headquarters, Randy kept in contact with me on any news. The engine arrived and was installed quickly, tested and I was notified when it was completed. Randy was available and willing answer any questions during this time.
