Unhappy about all aspects of their service Bad enough that my engineer blew due to manufacturer defect. It took almost three months (roughly twice the quoted timeframe with no dealer initiated Bad enough that my engineer blew due to manufacturer defect. Then I pick up my car to find the windshield is broken down the middle and they deny all responsibility, trying to claim it was already there. It wasn't. They tried to "prove it" by sending me a picture that doesn't show the break and refused to do anything about it. Very unsatisfied. I will go out of my way to let people know how little I trust this dealership. More

Oil change Went in for an oil change appointment and that was done quickly wiith no other service performed. I also inquired about upcoming required maintenace Went in for an oil change appointment and that was done quickly wiith no other service performed. I did not expect to get this done and will do this later this summer. More

Good but more towards average. Initial sevice was adequate. Follow up phone calls were not done. Only after speaking with the service manager, did we get great service.
