Mediocrity So apparently when you make an appointment, they assign you to a Rep that greats you and handles the admin in the Service Bay. I walked in on 7/25/19 So apparently when you make an appointment, they assign you to a Rep that greats you and handles the admin in the Service Bay. I walked in on 7/25/19 at 716 for a 715 appointment and the first person available, Jean could not find my appointment. After a couple minutes, she says oh, you are with Dan, he is right up front. I walk to Dan's desk and he seems to be attempting to "clear the cobwebs" from the night before. My appointment was for 2 recalls and I also asked to have him give me a call with a estimate on brakes all around, as I am at 63ish thousand miles and they are just starting to do the "grab thing". He said, I will do that. I had scheduled to have their Shuttle Driver take me to work (less than 2 miles away), but I had to wait, as he took someone way out of zone. Fast forward to 2:00ish PM, I call Dan, because I have yet to have received the estimate on the brakes. Left a voicemail message. At 2:26, I get an I'm sorry, your Technician left your paperwork in the wrong spot. (Sure Dan). So he gives me the estimate, I say go for it and he assures me the car will be ready when a work buddy will drop me off at 4:40 PM. At 4:40, I see my car, so I go to the Cashier, she doesn't have the paperwork, and tells me to go find my rep. I find Dan, who clearly didn't recognize me from this morning, and had to tell him who I was. The response was, "just finishing up your paperwork, wait in the lounge. I'll be there soon". He still appears "off". 10 - 15 minutes later Dan struts into the lounge and drops off the paperwork for the cashier. All in all not a pleasant experience. Would have been 1 or 2 stars, but I gave you a break, based on past experiences. More

The service schedule was fully booked for the next week and a half, but knowing my concern and time crunch, the team was willing to work with me to try to squeeze me in. I was greeted warmly by Dan and quickly and seamlessly ushered to Randy who was in charge of my particular service need that morning. Although we couldn't recreate my car issue, the team gave my car a thorough inspection, I was given a courtesy ride to and from my work, communication was excellent throughout the experience and their care of my car was completed by the time we agreed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Boucher Hyundai for both sales and service! More

Prompt & Thorough I had brake work done as well as some suspension work (front left tie bar).
