Just didn’t care After having my car for 2.5 months I get in my car to see my back spare tire flap up. My seats down. My tire pressure low and not even a fill up on gas. I had to call you to check in on my vehicle never the other way around. After 2 months and I call again it was like oh yeah we have that car we need to rebuild an engine on. I never heard from you and after that call my car would magically be done a Few days later to then get a call that there are parts missing and it would be yet another week. How is this possible if you have been working on it for months? Sorry wish I didn’t need to write this but I felt like my situation wasn’t a priority and then to get my car back the way I did... it’s like no one looked it over before handing back to me. More

Known problem...oil leak - 2nd time this year There is a known oil leak on 2012 Hyundai Santa Fe, which Hyundai won't help with the repair. They should pay for the labor. $2100.00 in labor is ab There is a known oil leak on 2012 Hyundai Santa Fe, which Hyundai won't help with the repair. They should pay for the labor. $2100.00 in labor is absolutely ridiculous! This was the SECOND time in 2019 we had it in for oil leak. So roughly $4,000 in repairs for a known problem. No recalls on the 2012, but recalls on all other years. Service person said we were over warranty at 113,000 miles. Well we are only at 103,000 miles. 3000 over! Which we were not over when we had it in, in February for the first oil leak. But we got a great deal, 10% off, saving $238.00. You've lost a loyal customer who came there for all repairs since we purchased brand new. Will not recommend Hyundai to anybody!! More
