Service and friendliness was amazing. 4 stars-due to a lack of reassuring between customer sanitizing practice. If it was happening they were not making a big deal of it. In service dept communal pen when coming in, wall hand sanitizer in waiting area did not work, service staff not wearing masks nor appearing to wipe down anything. Dissatisfied Boucher seems to forget COVID still exists, aside from the two signs from there cleaning company in the waiting area. More
