I am very displeased with what happened yesterday. I had scheduled an oil change over 3 weeks ago online, and had the email confirmation with me. I was told I did not have an appointment and they were double booked and might not be able to take care of my vehicle. This is the 3 Rd time this has happened to me. Every time I scheduled my appointment online. The worst part is that they acted like it was my fault and I was told that I should have called to confirm my appointment because they have trouble with the online scheduling. I took a day of vacation to get this done, so I was not rescheduling. The did eventually take me but I was there over 2 hours. If this had been the first time ok, but 3 times. I was told I needed new brakes but I am going elsewhere for the service. I have 3 or 4 more oil changes that are covered with my extended warranty but I may just say screw it and pay somewhere else. If you have the ability to schedule on line and it isn't working properly that is not the customer's fault. More

The cleaning is pointless if no one is wearing a mask. I think the staff did great and as a company it would be logical and safe to require everyone to wear masks. I do it all day at my job and am fine. More
