I’m new to Genesis after previously owning Lexus, so used to that enhanced service experience. This was my second service visit to Boucher, the first being for a warranty radio replacement. Very professional to that enhanced service experience. This was my second service visit to Boucher, the first being for a warranty radio replacement. Very professional and easy process both times and easily on par or exceeding the Lexus experience. Everything was explained on the inspection and car was washed. Pricing for oil change and tire rotation was competitive, if not less expensive, than the quickie lube places. I will certainly be back.. More

So MU concerns about service continue. I have only 18000 miles on my vehicle and have only had 4 oil changes. I purchased the service plan for my vehicle and is the only free Aston I continue to use Boucher miles on my vehicle and have only had 4 oil changes. I purchased the service plan for my vehicle and is the only free Aston I continue to use Boucher for service. I did voice my concerns about a prior visit to a service manager. I. This visit I get my vehicle home and am missing one of my tire valve caps. Two other caps are now black, when originally they were grey. This may seem like a small issue, but it displays a lack of attention to detail that I am seeing. I love my Hyundai but that is a manufacture satisfaction. Service is another thing. I am much closer to other Hyundai dealerships and chose to purchase from Boucher. I hesitate to see what the future will be on service for this vehicle. More
