I had an oil change and tire rotation. They added an air filter change. I drove home to West Allis with the AC on and windows closed. I heard a faint high pitched squealing, then a bird cheeping sound from filter change. I drove home to West Allis with the AC on and windows closed. I heard a faint high pitched squealing, then a bird cheeping sound from one of the wheels. I rolled down the windows when close to home and heard the sounds were loud and constant. I also heard a grinding sound when applying the brakes. I called the Service Dept. when I got home and they said to bring my Sonata back to Boucher Service. I brought it back in the next morning. They did a test drive with me, then looked at the wheels and found they had bent something (sorry don’t know the name of the part) when they rotated the wheels. They fixed the problem, but I thought I deserved at least an apology for their mistake and maybe something in return to offset the cost of gas to drive to and from Boucher twice. They also told me I need some additional repairs with an estimated cost of about $1500 - $2000. I have only had this car for 2 years, have low mileage. I did not expect to have to put that much money into this 2012 Sonata. More

Pricing was off from what I was told when they gave me numbers. One of my issues was my car was leaking something. I showed up for my appointment to find out I showed up on the wrong day, and the appointment was actually the next day. They still found a way to squeeze me in and get my oil changed and I was very appreciat the wrong day, and the appointment was actually the next day. After having a transmission fluid change I went to a gas station alto fill my gas tank up and check my oil I noticed the air intake box was not hooked up correctly and I asked them to do an exhust check and station alto fill my gas tank up and check my oil I noticed the air intake box was not hooked up correctly and I asked them to do an exhust check and was told it was fine.
