This was the first time servicing my new car at Boucher. I had an appointment which took over two weeks to get in just for an oil change. They were not ready for me. It took 1/2 hour to check me in and then I had an appointment which took over two weeks to get in just for an oil change. They were not ready for me. It took 1/2 hour to check me in and then I was told it will be a 1 and a 1/2 hour wait. It was. I was not impressed. The team as a whole looked disorganized. More
