Great Dealership We bought 2014 Elantra from Boucher last week, We went there after checking the car and working on price at other dealer as the deal didn't work out. We walked into to Boucher to check if the other dealer is giving us a good price, we were received by Steve and told him what we are looking for and provided details and stuff, as he is the new Rep Pam got involved when we started negotiating the price. They gave us a good price, but it was more than what we negotiated at the other dealership. After couple of negotiations we got the price we are looking for fully loaded car. Pam listened what we are asking and talked to the sales manager and got us good deal. We worked with Lidiya to complete the paper work and warranty options, she was patient and clarified each and every question of mine with out pushing me to sign the papers and get done with it. The only part that I didn't like is about extra warranties and ECP, we weren't thinking about those when we are negotiating the price and we didn't get much time to think about it. Overall it is a great experience and we will do business with Boucher in future. Steve, Pam and Lidiya are great. I didn't have any experience yet with Service department, I was told I can use Boucher Ford dealership in Menomonee falls for my service needs. I have to yet experience it. will update again if I see any issues. More

At first we wanted a certain car but because of the type of car(sport).we weren't able to get it but we had a second option.
