I had to tell him I wasn't interested in small talk, just the details of the car. After that, it was awkward. I had to ask questions about the car's features instead of him showing me them. Anything I forgot to ask about, had to be figured out after I drove off the lot. The car is great, but I wish I could have worked with someone who talked about the car, When I make a big purchase like a car, I'm not interested in getting to know the sales person, I interested in getting to know the car. I did not give higher grades on the rating because of my experience with the sales person. The dealership was very nice, and the manager was pleasant. Customer service: should have stuck to details of the car, not small talk. Quality of work: a few plastic protective stickers were left inside the car and a few smudge marks on the panel of the driver door. Friendliness: Nice, but misdirected. Price: good. Overall Experience: Not what I was hoping for. I didn't want to have to tell someone not to make small talk, but there was too much of it. Would I recommend this dealership: Maybe. That is not an option above. Someone else may love the experience of chatting with the sales person and would find it to be pleasant, so I would say it depends on the person. More

Great service and staff On Saturday August 1st we decided to sell our older car to our oldest teenager that was not having much luck locating a car in her price range. My wif On Saturday August 1st we decided to sell our older car to our oldest teenager that was not having much luck locating a car in her price range. My wife and I decided to then look for a newer car for myself. Two years ago on vacation I was given a Sonata for a rental and could not believe how well it performed and how well it was built. So we ventured out to the nearest Hyundai dealer. When we first arrived we were greeted by Nick the sales manager who made us feel right at home. We then were approached by Chris Baker who started fielding our questions. At all times I feel that my questions were answered with personal honesty not answers that were scripted. My overall experience with the staff has changed my opinion of how a car dealership should treat their customers. It was honestly the best dealership experience that I have ever encountered. Did I mention the small things that added to the experience. While we were filling out the paperwork I had mentioned that we would go out for lunch and come back. Nick asked if my family (4 of us) would like to join his staff for their Saturday lunch buffet. We accepted lunch with your crew and felt like family. Chris Baker as well as Chris the finance person both treated me as a person and a friend. Awesome staff! More
