At first we wanted a certain car but because of the type of car(sport).we weren't able to get it but we had a second option. We needed to find a used car for our daughter going to school in Minnesota and had less than a week to research, purchase and drive it up to her. Fawn met us at another dealership closer to our home with the car so we could check it out and we purchased it the next day. We totaled our 2010 Toyota Corolla on Christmas Eve of 2013. Luckily, we escaped with only minor injuries! It was a very traumatizing event & we were not looking forward to having to buy a car. I only drive manual transmission cars & I knew they were hard to come by. Since our Corolla saved our lives in the roll-over we knew that was the car we wanted to get. We live in SW Wisconsin in the country & do not have easy access to car dealerships. I decided to Google Toyota Corolla manual transmission cars. Only a 2009 Corolla showed up & it was a 2 1/2 hour drive to Waukesha! I sent an email to Laura Beck at the Boucher Hyundai website inquiring about the car. She called me on the phone instead of emailing me back. I liked this personal touch. I explained our situation & what we were looking for. It sounded like this was the perfect car for us,but wanted to test drive it. Only 1 problem ...it was -18 & we were snowed in with frozen heating pipes & only a wood stove in the kitchen to keep us warm. She said I could put a hold on the car with my credit card .. No obligations to buy. It was Sat. Jan. 4th & we weren't able to get there until Wed. Jan. 8th ...no problem. She had checked with her manager, Ryan & he approved it & she could give us some discount on the asking price. We had a limited budget & we were still waiting on the insurance company to send us the check for our smashed up car. They both greeted us warmly when we finally got there. We test drove the car....loved it & we were driving it home 2 hours later. They even took care of returning our rental car so we did not have to drive it all the way back home! You just don't get that personalized & caring service any more! It was totally worth the drive & I would highly recommend Boucher Hyundai of Waukesha & definitely ask for Laura or Ryan! I have bought many cars of all different brands.Hyundai's value caught my eye so I tried to take a look. I stopped in when I was in the area.My salesperson was fairly new, so I gave them a break.But when I wanted to get down to business, a "manager" named Dawn came in to talk to me because I just wanted an idea of what we were looking at.She was pretty insincere right off the bat.She obviously had her own agenda, sorry I don't know anything about Muskego.Anyway, I wanted some payments and I would not commit that night.So the conversation got fairly "heated" and I went next door and left with a new Honda. Sorry Boucher, lost a customer for life. The salesperson told me she was the GM after she had left the desk. Wow....I thought, this is 2013, money is tight now days....help me buy a car! I did the same thing at the dealer next door and it fit my budget, so I did not want to go through that again. More
I have a 2009 Hyundai Sonata that I purchased from Boucher. I received notification from Hyundai of the need for warranty work on the car which I promptly scheduled at Boucher Hyundai. While they had the car, they notified me that the rear brakes were in need of new pads and machining of the discs and they would do that work for $250.00. Being a trusting soul, I agreed. They were polite and I picked up the car the next day. I noticed almost immediately that the rear brakes sounded like they were rubbing and smelled of burning rubber when I parked the car in my garage. Sounds like the brakes were improperly adjusted, so I called Boucher back to have them fix the problem. Now the fun begins. They informed me that the piston on one of the rear calipers was bad and needed to be replaced for another $225. (Hmmm. That normally happens when you get dirt into the brake lines, or knock the calipers with a hammer!) I told them that I thought they caused it. They disagreed. I suppose I should've screamed for the manager but folks, I'm tired of dealing with shoddy outfits. They refused to do the repair on the problem I believe they caused so I will not do business with them and frankly, I don't want them to touch my car. Especially the brakes. I noticed that there are many customers with similar complaints on other web sites so I guess I'm in good company. In Dan's defense, he was polite, but I am no longer a customer of Boucher. More

I had a very positive experience at Boucher Hyundai. I worked with Russell and he was able to get me a great deal on a 2013 Hyundai Elantra. He was able to sell me a technically used car, with only 50 mil worked with Russell and he was able to get me a great deal on a 2013 Hyundai Elantra. He was able to sell me a technically used car, with only 50 miles, at a much much better price than the new vehicles others could be purchasing. Russell was very helpful and honest, and I left the dealership feeling confident in my product. Who can beat the warranty either? I am glad that Russell was able to be me into a brand new car for the price of a used one, and I didn't have to settle for some 2011 vehicle with 20K miles for the same price. More
