I had been thinking about trading up for several months and just recently took the step. I saw a discounted 2014 Santa Fe Sport on the lot and went in to check it out. I worked with Steve Kuczkowski who I had met last year. He worked with me to get what I wanted for my trade-in and after some discussion, it was mine! Steve is very pleasant, nice to work with, knows his business, not "high pressure" and working with him was a good experience. He's also offered his future help while I'm learning about the new gadgets and technology on my Sport. 2015 Sonata I had been contemplating getting a Sonata for almost a year. I was torn on whether to go with a SUV or the Sonata because of the great gas mileage and I had been contemplating getting a Sonata for almost a year. After shopping around at the neighboring dealership, I felt soo pressured by them that it actually turned me off to buying the SUV they had desperately wanted me to buy! I worked with Ryan Fitzsimmons and he was more than wonderful! He truly listened to what I was looking for and didn't try to up-sell me for the more expensive model when it wasn't something I needed. He did not pressure me one bit. I felt comfortable, and after making my decision, he went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered, even days after my purchase when I couldn't figure out some of the high tech features on my car. We went to Boucher because they had a 2014 model listed online that was very close to what we had, and we wanted to replace the car as soon as possible. Even though we were eager to buy, we never felt pressured! The car was amazing and we had no doubt in our minds we were getting a great deal on the price. Fawn was so helpful and REALLY went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed and every question answered before we drove the car off the lot. Additionally, Ben in the Finance Department was WONDERFUL!! That can be the most stressful part of the process with all the forms and contracts, and he made it fun and painless.
