I researched the Sante Fe and found it to have better safety, reliability and warranty reviews than most other vehicles on the market. Our initial visit to Boucher Hyundai Waukesha was to test drive a few different vehicles. We settled on the Sante Fe Sport. We worked with Brad Siewert to get the information needed. Our second visit was earlier this week. We decided to geat serious about a purchase so sales manager Nick told us he would make us a deal that would knock our socks off. Long story short is that we negotiated a price and terms that met our needs. We haven't had the vehicle long enough to make a fair assessment yet but I'm expecting that we will love it for a very long time. Brad did an outstanding job providing all of the information we needed without pressuring us in any way. Nick held up his end of the bargain by getting us the price that we had in mind. Win-Win!! After talking for awhile we decided that the Santa Fe sport would fit my needs. When I went to the dealership the first thing we did was to make sure my bike would fit. It fit fine so then we went for a test ride. The car rides great so it was then just a matter of sitting down and finding my car. We found my car and I love it. This is the 4th car my family has got from Fawn and Boucher. I know there will be more in the future. I highly recommend Fawn she is great to work and and she makes sure. that you get the right car for you. More

The price of 2016 Hyundai elantra jumped up roughly $1500 over a couple days due to "changes in demand". Despite not having a quote, this seemed shady. However, the salesman assured me the original price I saw online would be honored. I do not blame the salesman for this situation, and recognize his integrity, as he is unlikely to be involved with the online price listings. My only disappointment is customer service. Boucher tried to sell double coverage on roadside assistance (which Hyundai already provides for 5 years with all new cars). Had I not done my research, I would have bought double coverage. A dealer should inform customers of potential pitfalls, like this. More
