On Labor Day I purchased it Tucson Limited and couldn't be happier with the whole experience and of course the vehicle itself! Fawn Delaney was on top of her game every step of the way. She responded thoroughly and promptly to all of my email requests and inquired about topics I hadn't considered. When my response wasn't clear she clarified it directly with me leaving no doubts along the way. Everyone in the showroom was very professional and courteous. Labor Day was quite a busy day at the dealership. (My husband and I joked that it was staged like a commercial ~ it was so active.) Fawn was friendly, efficient, and kept the final purchase process moving along, coming in to check on us to inform us of what was taking place. (it was third in line to be cleaned, paperwork is in the process, the manager will meet with you next, etc). Her explanation and final walk-through of the features on the vehicle was very thorough. I've been giving high praise to Boucher Hyundai when showing off my new vehicle to friends and family. It was a great experience to find and purchase a vehicle through Boucher Hyundai in Waukesha and specifically through Fawn Delaney. She represented the dealership at the highest level.
