Very patient staff I bought my previous Hyundai from Alex at Boucher Hyundai and was satisfied with my purchase then. I was at the dealership getting some routine maint I bought my previous Hyundai from Alex at Boucher Hyundai and was satisfied with my purchase then. I was at the dealership getting some routine maintenance work done on my car and ran into Alex in the showroom as I was possibly looking for my next vehicle. He answered some questions and I told him I would be back in a couple months, after Christmas and vacation. He sent me an email a few months later, as requested, inquiring if I was ready to start looking yet. An appointment was made. Alex was very patient with me, answering all my questions, probably multiple times as my husband works an opposite shift from me and couldn't be present. Alex even came with me to show my husband the vehicle when I was trying to decide on a color and he explained everything to him. I felt no pressure from him or the dealership as they gave me the time I needed to make sure this was the correct vehicle for me. I will call Alex the next time I am in the market for a vehicle.
