We put a down payment on a palisade three weeks before it was delivered. We understood the delay due to inventory levels and shipment delays and we’re OK with that as we were not in a rush. The issue we had was when it was time to pick up the vehicle. It took four hours from the time we arrived at the dealership until the time we left. This to me is completely unacceptable, especially when the purchase price was already understood prior to our arrival. Due to this experience, I will most likely not purchase another vehicle from this dealership and will not suggest it to others. More
