Still waiting on a part they said they would order back in December 2023 for a recall. I have to keep calling to check in on the status, I’ve been told it’s on back order but I’m aware this part has been a in December 2023 for a recall. It has become apparent to me they’ve never ordered the part and aren’t being honest about it. In addition I was told to bring my car in after calling twice about the part. I brought my car in, sat there for 30 minutes and they told me they didn’t have said part and that I would have to schedule again to bring it back in. It’s been almost 2 weeks again and I’ve heard nothing. More
