Great Service! Once again I had a great service experience at Boucher Hyundai in Janesville. During a routine oil/filer change on Friday, I was alerted that I neede Once again I had a great service experience at Boucher Hyundai in Janesville. During a routine oil/filer change on Friday, I was alerted that I needed two new tires. The tires on the car were almost bald. Adam scheduled me for a Monday appointment when they had new tires ready to go on my Santa Fe. The best part was Adam checked to see if my old tires had any warranty left. Bottom line, I got the two new tires for half price. Very grateful for that. It's always a pleasure working with Adam Santas and Joe Valdez. They are professional, friendly, and a great to work with. Awful service I'm in the military and just got transferred to a new unit in Wisconsin. I live down in illinois and my a car broke down with a seized engine and the I'm in the military and just got transferred to a new unit in Wisconsin. I live down in illinois and my a car broke down with a seized engine and the service at this location was terrible. I explained to them my situation cause I just needed to get the car fixed so I can make the commute. They did the bare minimum, there was little to know communication. I would call for an update and they would say they would me back but I would never hear from them. I knew I was screwed when they said I wasnt covered. They refused to help set up a payment plan. I got my car towed out of there the moment i had the chance. The next shop i took it to told i had extended coverage with hyundai. I called another Hyundai shop and they confirmed it is covered. So now im towing my vehicle back to a Hyundai when this could have been taken care of from the beginning. I have zero trust in this location. Avoid at all costs. More

I went to Boucher Hyundai and I was looking to get out of my sedan, to move into a crossover/suv. Something that was bigger for my family, and was AWD to handle our Wisconsin winter better! He also made sure that I didn’t settle, and I never once felt pressured into anything. Reilly kept me well informed throughout the entire process. I truly felt that he cared about my needs, and wasn’t just trying to make a sale. At the end of the day, I ended up with a beautiful 2017 Hyundai Tucson Sport and I couldn’t be happier!
