Once I called & reminded them of a part that was to have been ordered a couple months ago and I still had not heard from them, I got an appt and the work was done within days of the call. Typically the service is quick and effective, I've been very happy.. This time the oil change was estimated to take and hour, seemed long but okay. I walked to lunch, came back an hour later. The vehicl very happy.. This time the oil change was estimated to take and hour, seemed long but okay. I walked to lunch, came back an hour later. The vehicle was outside, I asked about it and it had not been serviced yet. So I waited another 40 minutes or so. Looking over the paperwork, it does not look like all the checks were done since none were checked off on the sheet. I bought the vehicle, new, from here just about 18 months ago so I expect a thorough checkup on the vehicle each time I bring it in. Hyundai boasts about it. This was like going to one of those oil change places where that is all they do, change oil. More
