I found Zack to be very friendly and helpful in deciding to buy the Tucson Hybrid. He answered all my questions, showed how the various technological features worked, and has offered to meet with me to ans to buy the Tucson Hybrid. Sadie the Palisade’s battery died in a parking lot on a very hot day. I called service and they came and took me to the shop to wait while they got my car started and back to the shop.
