We went yesterday looking to explore turning in my leased car early and rolling it over into a new lease on a newer car. Our salesman, Michael Russell, was just great. Low-key, professional, pleasant and overall nice. A pleasure to deal with. Amazingly we left with a new leased car and a good overall deal. Everyone there was pleasant and professional - we appreciated that compared to other area dealerships. More

Overseas delivery made simple I just took final delivery of a 2018 V90, a new model available here only by special order or Swedish pick-up. What a joy to see the car again, after having had the pleasure of driving it around Sweden for 2 weeks and having had to give it (free from Volvo) water wings to come over! Excellent Customer Service We found Boston Volvo Village about 12 years ago when we first moved to Boston and were immediately impressed by the way they do business. Since then We found Boston Volvo Village about 12 years ago when we first moved to Boston and were immediately impressed by the way they do business. Since then we have traded in and purchased 3 cars. In the past we had plenty of experience with the stereotypical slimy car salesmen, but we never once felt uncomfortable doing business with anyone at BVV. We recently upgraded to a new Volvo XC90 (as amazing as they look) and worked with Michael Russell who was truly wonderful and so pleasant to work with. He put together hypothetical numbers via email to help save us time and hassle of bringing our young kids along to the showroom. He was so patient with us and made everything as convenient for us as possible. He even went above and beyond to make our car ready the next day so we could use it for our weekend out of town. After we had the car for a few days, he reached out to set up a follow-up meeting to help us learn how to use all the amazing features the car has. We have also chosen to service our Volvos here, as they make getting your car serviced as painless as possible. We are always given a new loaner car or offered an Uber to get us to and from their service center. Overall, they have always gone out of their way to make car buying and maintenance as convenient as possible. More

Recently we researched buying a new car from them and again we worked with Stacey. We did not end up going with the particular option but Stacey went above and beyond trying to get the price we needed and researching some of the issues we had. She even called our town office, we are out of state, to try and work out the tax numbers. If you are going there, ask for Stacey...she gets it! Thanks again Stacey!! More
