Recently we researched buying a new car from them and again we worked with Stacey. We did not end up going with the particular option but Stacey went above and beyond trying to get the price we needed and researching some of the issues we had. She even called our town office, we are out of state, to try and work out the tax numbers. If you are going there, ask for Stacey...she gets it! Thanks again Stacey!! More

She was more than happy to go on multiple test drives of the possible vehicles and she worked hard to answer our various questions. When we asked for a few "extras," Stacey was pretty good about going to the back office and returning with a positive response. I would not describe Stacey as a typical car salesman at all--she is much more laid back about the whole process. More

All of our service reps (and mechanics) have been outstanding over the years. Adam Centauro is one of the very best in the service department. He always goes above and beyond. A couple of recent experiences stand out - one was the night before we had to leave for a family emergency, but had a mysterious leak in a tire that threatened to de-rail our trip. Adam came out from behind the desk and diagnosed the tire problem himself, and stayed with the mechanic beyond closing time to make sure the car was road-ready. He has also been talking with us over the past year or two about a plan to replace our aging Volvo, and when we came for service yesterday, even though it was near closing time, Adam took the time (yet again) to walk around the lot and make some recommendations for us to consider. For Adam, that kind of service and care is routine. He has a great deal of knowledge and a rare work ethic. Boston Volvo Village is fortunate to have him! More

He worked hard to get me I just purchased a 2018 Volvo XC90 from Boston Volvo Village, and I could not be happier. I worked closely with Sam Brandt. He worked hard to get me top dollar for my trade in as well as the best possible price for my new car. He was able to help me get my dream car while staying exactly within my budget. He went above and beyond to respond to all my questions quickly and honestly. I was especially impressed when he took his entire day to drive my new car to Hyannis, so I wouldn't have to make the trip back to Boston to pick it up. Then he drove my trade in car back to Boston. He made the entire experience so easy, enjoyable, and successful. Sam is very knowledge and fair. I would highly recommend buying your next car from Boston Volvo Village and I would also highly recommend working with Sam. I love my new car, and I love the price. More

After having a terrible experience with the dealer in which I purchased my last vehic I'm writing this review for Boston Village Volvo in Allston, Ma. After having a terrible experience with the dealer in which I purchased my last vehicle I was very apprehensive about this whole process...until I went here. I had already gone to other dealers first. First; I met with a fairly new sales rep named Josh. I think I drove him crazy running everywhere for me and in intense heat outside. Nothing I asked him was too much for him to do for me. The communication with him went above and beyond. Before i even met with Josh I spoke to Brianne and she went out of her way to find me the right person to work with. She was wonderful. Then I met Cathy at the front desk who went out of her way to accommodate me even feeding me after a long day of waiting for my insurance company to call. Then the finance dept. (you know who you are,) that I had an amazing conversation with after they had gotten me a great finance rate. Overall, it was a wonderful experience with a great team, and I was happy to do business with them. I have friends and a husband who will also be going there when they are ready.I;m sorry that this review is so long but I needed to let them all know how much I appreciated them and all of their efforts. Great service - customer advocate I brought my vehicle in for manufacturer-recommended service. As it turns out, my vehicle had substantial water damage and two warped rims. Adam and the service team at Boston Volvo contacted a rep on my behalf and successfully obtained additional goodwill warranty coverage for my vehicle. Adam was responsive, friendly, and kept me informed throughout this process. He was able to get me back in my vehicle quickly and at a much lower price than what I was anticipating given the work that was performed. More

I left that day with a 17 S60 and I could not be more in love with the car and my experience at Boston Volvo. I worked with Sam Brandt and he was so professional and so low key pressure to make the sale. I have never had an experience like this at a dealership before. Everything was seamless, so easy and enjoyable! It was a win, win because I got a beautiful new car and did not feel pressured into purchasing it. I would refer anyone here in a heartbeat. More
Good and bad I received GREAT customer service from Mike Dugan up until the point of signing the papers. As soon as they were signed my customer service drasticall I received GREAT customer service from Mike Dugan up until the point of signing the papers. As soon as they were signed my customer service drastically declined. I had to have my windshield replaced and some scratches repaired and when I returned to pick it up he tried to tell me they went over the entire car and there was nothing they could do about some of the superficial scratches. I knew they could so I took my loaner back and insisted they fix them. They fixed them no problem and it looks great now but the fact that he tried to tell me they couldn't was a really bad look for the entire dealership. Marcelo the business manager was excellent. More
