Extremely easy and fast I tried to make an appointment for a recall and a warranty issue that I was having with my car at the dealership I purchased the car at. I was told they would NOT give me an appointment no matter what. I was told also that it may take a few times coming back to resolve the problems. I was told it was like going to a doctor, that they have to look at things and evaluate them (Sweetie-that is what the service tech called me) Then I called Bonaface Heirs KIA and I was told I COULD have an appointment. When would I like to come in. NO PROBLEM. I made an appointment and asked how long it would be. I was told a couple of hours. Imagine my surprise when after only a little more than an hour that Kevin the service tech came up and said it was done. I was also offered a light wash and vacumn as part of the service, something NOT offered at the other KIA dealership. I will be back for sure. More
