not satisfied the problem i have is the sales went well but they draw you in with the lifetime warranty. the only way you can keep it is you have to spend $100 to $ the problem i have is the sales went well but they draw you in with the lifetime warranty. the only way you can keep it is you have to spend $100 to $300 dollars every time you drive in for a oil change. the people are great when you dont mind giving your hard earn money but the minute you question why does it cost so much every time you come in for a oil change they get offensive. i will say i didnt probably handle it in a great way but i was tired of getting screwed every time. i think what got me fired up was that the lady in front of me got the same spill and then i come up and come to find out all i needed was a oil change but they tried to sell me some break greasing or get the $300 list of things needed at 30000 mile with my car only having 28000. but they made me fill if i dont get it my lifetime warranty will be voided. so i guess the thing to remember is like my dad told me there are no free lunches someone has to pay and it will be you every time you go in for a oil change. More

Hassle Free Happiness After applying online, I received a phone call the next day from Annie. During that friendly conversation I confirmed my info. A little while later she called back to ask me when I could come in to pick out my car. Upon pulling onto the lot, Eddie O. approached me with a big smile and a hand shake. We looked at a few cars then went on a test drive. Upon returning to the lot, we went over the numbers. Eddie handed the info to Mike B., the manager, who got me into a comfortable payment. Chase was very efficient in getting the necessary paperwork together then explaining while getting my signatures. Before I knew it, we were driving off in our new car and loving it!!! At NO time did we experience ANY negative vibes or feel pressured. This was the most comfortable shopping experience that we've ever had. So much so that I brought my parents in for the same experience two days later. We've been telling EVERYONE we know. More
