Sandy was referred to me by a good friend but, despite the outstanding recommendation, I was expecting the high-pressure sell which seems typical of so many car salespeople. Well, Sandy proved to be exactly the opposite! She put me at ease immediately with her insightful and protective attitude toward Mom. She was very knowledgeable and very savvy about the needs of an older driver and about Kia vehicles in general. I found her approach not only pleasant but positively refreshing! Once the deal was done, Sandy spent almost at least 45 minutes sitting in the car with my mom explaining every single detail of the car's features and mechanisms. Within an hour, Mom was zipping around in her new little Kia Soul like she was born to drive it. I was very impressed with Sandy's honesty and patience with Mom and would recommend her to anyone looking for an excellent and actually comfortable car buying experience.
