Service department is very slow! Takes over an hour to get an oil change with an appointment, my last visit my car was done no one let me know it was done because the service rep was Takes over an hour to get an oil change with an appointment, my last visit my car was done no one let me know it was done because the service rep was at lunch. Also there was some confusion as to weather they put synthetic in it as requested, he sent the paper work back to the shop to have it show synthetic? I also took two discount flyers in for the service and it didn't reflect anything on the bill. More

Pleasant & Accommodating Experience My car was in for a recall of door seals. My appointment was for 11am. The "Service Managers" were polite, professional, and accommodating. Ask in all, a positive experience. More
