My mom just paid off a mint condition 2013 convertable top of the line for $22,686. In july 2016 took all the money from her sale of her house in hemet ca after her husband passed in april of 2016. They only gave her a check for $5000.00 on trade value then falsified information on purchase contract that they gave her $10,545.00 trade value inwhich she only recieved the five thousand for. Then they had the nerve to ask her to give an additial $459.00 out of pocket. However beware bonfice heirs kia her daughter is going to be changing all this matter back to a proper and proffessional within a few days ahead. Read more with legal documents at the BBB website plus the website blast, facebook, all other social media but the best place is at the state of florida governers office. Since i have made a link requesting any other vicitums of this natural concerning this kia dealership on my facebook i have had several families of elders come forward with the same issues enough that with some more intense research for the thirty years they have operating ,I. pretty sure i have enough to start a class action suit! All they care about is money and they have no scrupples or morals in doing so. They are other LEGAL ISSUES with my mom s purchase that will be provided ad soon as my attorney releases them.
