Never has this process been an enjoyable experience until I purchased my Optima. I was in a dilemma and needed a new car on a Wednesday, and drove home with one that was truly beyond my expectations on Thursday. This is all with much thanks and heartfelt appreciation to my Personal Sales Communicator, Sandi Matkowski. She provided White Glove Service. This is not a term I would endear to a sales person. But, from the Hello and Hug to the "let me know if you need anything" Good-Bye, Sandi radiated genuine White Glove customer service. She took the time to show me E-V-E-R-Y-T-H-I-N-G and answer all of my questions and didn't float about taking care of multiple customers.
