Salesman was very nice but all the things they try to add on to the cost of the vehicle is ridiculous. They insisted that they could match my credit union interest rate and they could not. When I asked for a bill of sale to go to my credit union I was told that may change the price of the vehicle if I didn't finance with them. Their sales tactics and and added fees for nothing made this an awful experience. I also now receive about 15 calls a day for pre-approved loans that I didn't get before going there. So much for keeping my information private. More
The service rep I interacted with this time just plain didn't care about me or her job.
