The sales manager almost blew the deal over $499 locking lug nuts that cost $25 on Amazon and are insanely easy to remove. "We can't take them off" is a flat out lie. It is a scam. All I wanted was the vehicle as listed. Add the tax and tags and it was a done deal. That you make your sales associates push lug nuts is insane. The hassle will cause me to never recommend the dealership. Removing the tag frames was the first thing we did when we got home. If you want to make another $500, just be upfront and add it on. Don't try to scam your customers. It's insulting. I lay it all on the sales manager. More
