The people are pretty nice and friendly, they do swarm you as soon as you get there which can be annoying but that's just like most dealerships. I was told all about the towing and payload of my new truck, and although I'm a little dumb for not checking, it has no hitch which literally makes it so I can not tow at all so I'm annoyed that I was told all the information about how good my truck could tow only to find out there's no way I can tow without going back and getting a hitch put on. Also, they give you good prices online, but do not show the actual true price so it really felt like I was getting scammed the whole time. I paid more than I anticipated by a lot and am missing things I would have liked to have put on since I was buying a new vehicle. (Floor liners, bed cover, hitch, black Chevy emblem, black tailgate lettering). It just felt like I was rushed and pushed through the whole process because I wanted the truck without anyone ever asking me what I wanted on the truck. Overall nice and friendly just felt like they lacked the friendliness and intent to make me feel good about my purchase. I also was annoyed when I was trading in my vehicle, but was not ready to have it taken away yet and there was 5 guys huddled around my car trying to take it away. Also my finance manager was very funny but openly smoked in front of me and made it feel like a very shady purchase and environment. More
