We did a lot of research about where to get what we were looking for and found what we wanted at Bomnin. We went there and talked to Austin. He was the most friendly and knowledgeable sales person I have ev looking for and found what we wanted at Bomnin. We went there and talked to Austin. He was the most friendly and knowledgeable sales person I have ever worked with. He was very through and made sure we understood everything and went over any and all features in the truck. I have a few follow up questions for him that I sure he will help me with. The entire purchase process only took about 3 hours, the fastest purchase of a vehicle I have ever made. More

Austin was terrific! Shared lots of helpful information (including a video of the vehicle), but wasn't pushy. Even delivered to car to me in Arlington. Shared lots of helpful information (including a video of the vehicle), but wasn't pushy. Even delivered to car to me in Arlington. More

The people are pretty nice and friendly, they do swarm you as soon as you get there which can be annoying but that's just like most dealerships. I actually enjoyed my car buying experience until the next you as soon as you get there which can be annoying but that's just like most dealerships. I actually enjoyed my car buying experience until the next day. I was told all about the towing and payload of my new truck, and although I'm a little dumb for not checking, it has no hitch which literally makes it so I can not tow at all so I'm annoyed that I was told all the information about how good my truck could tow only to find out there's no way I can tow without going back and getting a hitch put on. Also, they give you good prices online, but do not show the actual true price so it really felt like I was getting scammed the whole time. I paid more than I anticipated by a lot and am missing things I would have liked to have put on since I was buying a new vehicle. (Floor liners, bed cover, hitch, black Chevy emblem, black tailgate lettering). It just felt like I was rushed and pushed through the whole process because I wanted the truck without anyone ever asking me what I wanted on the truck. Overall nice and friendly just felt like they lacked the friendliness and intent to make me feel good about my purchase. I also was annoyed when I was trading in my vehicle, but was not ready to have it taken away yet and there was 5 guys huddled around my car trying to take it away. Also my finance manager was very funny but openly smoked in front of me and made it feel like a very shady purchase and environment. More
