Great customer service, worked with my limited budget. I have a limited budget. Had to have an inspection on my car to renew plates. Worn out brakes on rear, not-so-worn brakes on the front. Repaired the worn out ones and recommended repair of the front brakes within 6 months. Applied coupons to both the brake repairs and the oil change/filter, rotate tires and adjusted sensor for the air balance in my tires...all inclusive. Added a new air filter...no additional charge. The staff are very customer-service oriented and listen to my concerns. They always have my back and thus the reason I continue to return to South County even after I have moved to West County. Unreasonable Sales Manager Went thru the usual negotiation process for the price of a 2018 Mazda 3 and settled on a price. I requested that I visit with my personal banker for a new car loan because I have a close relationship. The salesman said I could leave a good faith non-refundable deposit on my MasterCard and that it was common practice. But when he approached the Sales Manager he was refused and told I had to use their financial department that very day or give up the car. I left upset but later worked it out with the Salesman, got my loan the next morning, and returned the next day and purchased the car. The Sales Manager is Corey Young. These hard core tactics are what give the car sales experience the bad reputation it has today and are unnecessary. Why make it a negative and emotional experience. More
