Especially after I just dropped in as a spur of the moment to see Mike Hawk who at the time was out to lunch. However,the receptionist was more than accommodating, and directed me to Joel Hauk and before I knew it I was in a new truck and on my way. Joel even provided me with options as how to save additional money on the vehicle. Never had that privilage before !! Today I purchased my first GM vehicle at Bommarito GMC/Buick. My husband and I needed to buy a new car in June of this year so I started researching vehicles in January. I saw an ad for the GMC Te GMC/Buick. My husband and I needed to buy a new car in June of this year so I started researching vehicles in January. I saw an ad for the GMC Terrain had to see it up-close and personal. I went to Jim Trenary in Union and checked it out. I loved it, but didn't like the attitude I received from the salesmen. They pushed me to consider the Equinox, but it's not what I wanted. When I told them I wanted a V6 they told me I didn't need it, then they told me to come back later with my husband so they could discuss it with him. No need to discuss with my husband since this was my car. In March I talked to Nick Borger at Bommarito and told him that I was interested in the Terrain, but did not have any intentions of purchasing a vehicle until June. Most dealerships and salesman tell you to come back when you are ready, but Nick told me to stop by for a visit when I got the chance. A few days later, I met with Nick to discuss the Terrain and all its features. He first asked me what features are a must, and then what options I would like. If I said no to an option he never tried to influence me. Then we discussed the price, which was very reasonable. I returned in April to place my order. Total purchase price was 5K less than Jim Trenary and West Brothers asking price for the SAME vehicle. I have not had the opportunity to visit the service department, but I will take my vehicle there for any maintenance/repairs that need to be completed. This was my first purchase from Bommarito and I would like to say thank you to Nick and Bommarito GMC for making this the best car buying experience I've ever had. More
