This is the second car we have bought through Warren, and we helped our oldest daughter buy her car through Warren. Test drove a 2010 LaCrosse with the Touring Package. Car with color we wanted was not there so bought one without Touring. Overnight, I changed my mind and Mike and staff went out of their way to find the car we wanted. It was the warranty package they offered covering the 19 inch wheels that was the clincher. I had read horrible things about the rims getting torn up in potholes. This will cover it. If you didn't know this was a Buick you would swear you were in a car $15,000-$20,000 more expensive. Mike gave us a great price right off the top. He was looking for every incentive we could use. On top of that, they even got us a cheaper interest rate from Friday to Wednesday. Love the Easy Care program that covers dings in the car and key replacement. More

The reason I buy from them is because of their service department. They have gone out of their way many times when I was in a jam. The one time that my husband had a dead battery and had to leave for th department. They have gone out of their way many times when I was in a jam. The one time that my husband had a dead battery and had to leave for the airport in 45 minutes on a Monday morning. I called them up and spoke with David Widdicombe and he was able to get the job done for me. He could have very easily told me he had other cars ahead of me...he saved me a lot of time and headaches that morning. There are too many other good qualities such as when waiting in their waiting room, which I actually enjoy doing, I have only heard 1 person state that they had to bring a vehicle back for the same repair in the 15 years I have been going there. They have never tried to talk me into something I didn't need. I refer all of my friends there because of the service department. You only have to deal with the sales person once, but the service department for the rest of the time you own the vehicle. They really take good care of their customers. More
