Test drove a 2010 LaCrosse with the Touring Package. Car with color we wanted was not there so bought one without Touring. I had read horrible things about the rims getting torn up in potholes. This will cover it. If you didn't know this was a Buick you would swear you were in a car $15,000-$20,000 more expensive. Mike gave us a great price right off the top. He was looking for every incentive we could use. On top of that, they even got us a cheaper interest rate from Friday to Wednesday. The reason I buy from them is because of their service department. They have gone out of their way many times when I was in a jam. I called them up and spoke with David Widdicombe and he was able to get the job done for me. He could have very easily told me he had other cars ahead of me...he saved me a lot of time and headaches that morning. There are too many other good qualities such as when waiting in their waiting room, which I actually enjoy doing, I have only heard 1 person state that they had to bring a vehicle back for the same repair in the 15 years I have been going there. They have never tried to talk me into something I didn't need. I refer all of my friends there because of the service department. You only have to deal with the sales person once, but the service department for the rest of the time you own the vehicle. They really take good care of their customers. More
