I have had it with this dealer after almost 3 years to the point that I won't be going back. They are disrespectful and rude as well as inconsistent. I called several Buick dealers when we first became interested in buying a new car. Mike invited my wife and me to see the Lucerne and we went to your show room which is close to our home {we live in Chesterfield. We fell in love with the Lucerne but felt it was out of our price range.
